Can I customize my seals with my own name or logo?
Yes. All of the seals sold on this site are sold from our stock inventory. To order custom colors and printing, please call 845-520-4111 or email info@cambridgesecurityseals.com for a quote.
When is the latest time that I can place an order and have it ship the next day?
All orders received before 2pm will ship out the next day. Please call 845-520-4111 for any special instructions or requests.
How long does it take to ship my product?
Standard shipping is via UPS ground, and most orders will arrive within 6 business days. Please use the UPS map to determine delivery time for your destination. If you would like to specify overnight, 2-day, or 3-day delivery, please do so on the order confirmation page.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities are specified for each type of security seal. If you have special requests, please use the Contact US page, or call 845-520-4111.
What payment options do you offer?
Cambridge Security Seals offers secure credit card payments using MasterCard and Visa. Wire transfers as well as Credit Accounts may be accepted if you meet all required criteria. Please inquire further by emailing info@cambridgeseals.com or calling 845-520-4111.
How much sales tax is added to my order?
If your destinations address is in New York or California, sales tax will be added to your order according to your state’s regulations. If your destination address is in any other state, no sales tax will be applied to your order.
Can I track my package?
Contact us and we will be happy to supply your UPS tracking number.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 90 days for credit only. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What kind of certifications do you have? Can I see your certifications?
The BOL10CAM, CAB18CAM, and CAB316CAM all meet or exceed the ISO 17712 standard for a High Security Seal. To receive a copy of our third party test results please send us an email to info@cambridgesecurityseals.com and we will send you an electronic copy.
What is ISO 17712?
ISO 17712 divides mechanical seals into three categories based on their physical strength: Indicative, Security, and High Security. To be C-TPAT compliant you must use a High Security Seal. To learn more about ISO 17712 or C-TPAT please click on the links below:
