Can I customize my seals with my own name or logo?
Yes. the seals sold online are from our stock inventory. To order custom colors and printing, please call 845-520-4111 or email info@cambridgesecurityseals.com for a quote.
When is the latest time that I can place an order and have it ship the next day?
All orders received before 2pm will ship out the next day. Please call 845-520-4111 for any special instructions or requests.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities are specified for each type of security seal. If you have special requests, please use the Contact Us page, or call 845-520-4111.
What payment options do you offer?
Cambridge Security Seals offers secure credit card payments using MasterCard and Visa. Wire transfers as well as Credit Accounts may be accepted if you meet all required criteria. Please inquire further by emailing info@cambridgeseals.com or calling 845-520-4111.
How much sales tax is added to my order?
If your destinations address is in New York or California, sales tax will be added to your order according to your state’s regulations. If your destination address is in any other state, no sales tax will be applied to your order.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 90 days for credit only. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
What is ISO 17712?
